SESSION DESCRIPTION
During this FREE initial Personal Project Planning intial conversation, I will find out your top your top project goals and struggles, and see if we might be a good fit to work together. It would be my pleasure to help you achieve your project goals as efficiently and pain free as possible, however there is absolutely no obligation, and/or pressure to sign up.
Cancellation Policy
No-Shows Anyone who is not present for their appointment within the first 10 minutes of their session will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session. This amount must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account. Late Arrivals If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
